BOOKINGS
are only binding after you have received a written booking confirmation from us and we have received your deposit. You can also pay the full amount in advance.
CHECK IN / CHECK OUT
Check in from 2:00 pm / check out by 10:00 am. Depending on availability and for an extra charge we also offer a late check-out.
PAYMENT
You can pay by cash, debit or credit card (except Diners and AMEX).
DOGS AND OTHER PETS
Your four-legged friend is very welcome at our hotel. We charge €25 per day and pet. We reserve the right to charge extra final cleaning costs of up to € 100. In case of damaged inventory or similar, we take the liberty of charging compensation. For reasons of hygiene and consideration for other guests, four-legged friends have no access to the dining room, restaurant and wellness area.
CANCELLATION POLICY
For cancellations made up to 31 days before the date of arrival, no additional fee will be charged.
For cancellations within 30 to 15 days prior to arrival, 40% of the total booking will be charged.
For cancellations within 14 to 8 days prior to arrival, 60% of the total booking will be charged.
For cancellations within 7 days prior to arrival, 70% of the total booking will be charged.
In case of no show or early departure 100% fo the accomodations price will be charged.
